We reserve the right to refuse a cancellation request if the order has already entered the shipping process.
If your cancellation request is approved, you will receive confirmation, and any payment made will be refunded according to our refund policy.
Cancelled orders requested by the customer is subject to a 12% charge (admin costs) before any refunds are made to customers account.
